资本公积是什么意思
资本公积是指企业在经营过程中由于接受捐赠、股本溢价以及法定财产重估增值等原因所形成的公积金。比如某个企业实收资本为100万元，有新的股东需要加入，该企业股东决定，新投资的股东，必须要投入15万元才能取得10%的股份，那么超过其实际股份比例100*10=10万元的金额5万元就属于资本公积的金额。
